EXCURSION TO LUXOR FROM HURGHADA

Travel days

We organize excursions on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 04:30 to 21:00.

Program

Early in the morning you leave Hurghada, the way to Luxor, with stops, takes 4.5 hours.

1. Luxor Standard:  In Luxor, visit the Karnak temple complex, the alley of sphinxes and the statue of the scarab beetle. Then you will go by boat to the other side of the Nile, where you will have lunch and visit the temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. You will also visit a stoneware factory and optionally go for a walk along the Nile to Banana Island.
   PROMOTION -  on Monday and Thursday a walk to Banana Island is free.
2. Luxor + Valley of the Queens:  includes the Standard program + visit three tombs of the wives of the pharaohs in the Valley of the Queens.
   PROMOTION -  on Monday and Thursday a walk to Banana Island is free.
3. Luxor + Valley of the Kings:  Includes the Standard program + visit three tombs of the pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings.
   PROMOTION -  on Monday and Thursday a walk to Banana Island is free.
4. Luxor + Dendera -  on Wednesday and Sunday :  the Standard program is included + you call in the city of Dendera and visit the temple of the goddess Hathor.
5. New Luxor -   Monday and Thursday
   In Luxor, visit the Luxor Temple and the 3 km long alley of the Sphinxes. Next, by boat, you go to the other side of the Nile, where you have lunch and visit the Colossi of Memnon, as well as the funerary temple of Ramses III Medinet Habu.
   Next, go to the necropolis "Tombs of the nobility" - the tombs of officials, military leaders, governors and priests.
   After that, if you wish, for an additional fee, go for a walk along the Nile to Banana Island.
6. Luxor 2 days with balloon flight
   In the morning you will go on an excursion to Luxor according to any of the programs on the site for one day.
   After the tour, the transfer takes you to the hotel for an overnight stay.
   The next morning, an hour before dawn, the transfer picks up and takes you to the place of flight, then go through the briefing and fly in a hot air balloon - the average flight duration is 30 minutes. After the flight, return to the hotel and have breakfast, check out at 12:00 and walk in the city until 16:00-17:00 - the guide will tell you the exact time on the first day of the tour. In bad weather, the balloon flight is canceled - the probability of bad weather is 5 %

What is included in the price

• Transfer picks up from the hotel in Hurghada and brings back after the tour on a comfortable bus.
• A Russian-speaking professional guide works on the tour.
• The price includes lunch, entrance tickets according to the program and crossing the Nile by boat.
• The 2-day Luxor tour  with balloon flight  includes an overnight stay at the hotel with breakfast and a hot air balloon flight.

What is not included

The price does not include drinks and a visit to Banana Island - optional $ 10.

Dinner is not included on the Luxor 2 day tour   with balloon flight  .

A transfer from the countryside areas of El Gouna and Sahl Hasheesh is paid separately - $ 10 for a group of up to 6 people or $ 25 for an individual minibus in both directions.

Price

• Luxor Standard:  adults pay $35 per person, children from 6 to 12 years old $20 inclusive, children under 6 years old are free.
